About Pay It Forward

This blog is meant to help the engineers I mentor get better at what they do. Many of them are budding engineers fresh out of school, so it also involves a fair amount of career advice.

I called the blog “Pay It Forward” because it expresses my attitude towards how we repay those who help us. I’ve been helped by many in my career: I would not be where I am today but for them. My way of honoring their work is by helping my mentees, and it’s my expectation that they will honor my work in the same way.
